Something not working, or not working the way you expected? Write to [support email] and include:
- your device (iPhone, iPhone Duo or iPad) and iOS version, from Settings > General > About
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- a screenshot or screen recording if it’s visual
There’s no account to look up, so we can’t see your notes. That’s the point. Please don’t send recordings unless you’re comfortable sharing them.
Before you write
- Transcription says “Getting speech model”: iOS is downloading its on-device speech model. It needs a connection once.
- The camera screen says it needs access: turn on Camera and Microphone for Pensita in Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Exports to Obsidian fail: choose the vault folder again in Pensita’s Settings > Obsidian Folder.
- The website export won’t play a video: choose MP4 (H.264) in Settings > Website, then export again.

Requirements
iOS 26 or later on iPhone, iPhone Duo or iPad. Recording and transcription need a real device’s camera and microphone.
